Whether a client’s goal is to sell, buy or invest in real estate, Realtor Elisha Lynch will always negotiate the best deal for them.
Embracing her seventh year as a full-time Realtor, Lynch is honored to be amongst the Realtor Association of Central Massachusetts top 2% of agents based on production and remains amongst the top five producing agents within her Worcester Lamacchia Realty office. With a focus on Worcester County, Lynch proudly services all of Massachusetts.
“My favorite part of the job is working directly with my clients and building friendships along the way,” she says. “It can be such a stressful process and being able to help make it as seamless as possible is incredibly rewarding to me.” Lynch also knows the value of investing in not only her clients, but the communities she serves. She takes pride in her leadership roles within RACM, including her work on the Community Action Committee, Government Affairs; where she can advocate for private-property rights. Most recently, she secured a seat on the 2023 board of directors.
Grateful to have grown up in Worcester, she will always have a passion for the city’s proud heritage, rich culture, stunning architecture and ever-growing diversity.
Lynch is thankful for year-to-year growth in her business and loves working with repeat and referral clients. She credits much of her success to strategically guiding her clients through each step. “With so many moving parts at any given time, keeping open and stellar lines of communication is a great way to build trust and ensure peace of mind.”
In her free time, Lynch enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, learning the art of yoga and meditation, and vacationing on Cape Cod. Lynch has most recently begun fulfilling her long-time desire to learn the violin.
